Do you not agree that conservatory gutters and gutter brackets should be designed to accomodate loading at least equivalent to the gutter being completely filled with rainwater. Gutters need to be pitched toward the downspouts for the water to flow properly. Gutters that cannot drain as they should be will end up blocked and will overflow during a rainstorm. Get on a ladder after a rainstorm and look in the gutter.
