Foam Siding Board And Then Housewrap

I am going to replace the old masonite siding on my house with lp smartside and have a few questions.

Foam siding board and then housewrap.

Currently my walls go from the inside out gypsum board poly 2x6 framing with unfaced fiberglass batts black fiber board for sheathing tar or felt paper and then the siding. The homeowner asked if we should pull the siding off put a tyvek housewrap on the house then put the windows in and seal with the 6in psa opti flash and then put the 1 4in blue insulation over that with taping. Tyvek is designed for new homes only. I just saw a video from dupont that this is how they recommend the installation goes.

In fact the two products combined make your home super insulated from outside wind and weather. Do i need to worry about moisture getting in and not getting out. I plan on putting vinyl siding. How to install rigid foam under siding.

The foam board portion of the job will cost about 1500. Doing that extra work involving the different vapor and temperature barriers behind the siding may not be as effective as he wants it to be.
